How can Innovation Norway and Finnmark County Council help?

Short answer
Innovation Norway Arctic has an office in Vadsø and offers funding, advice and networks, including the development grant for Finnmark. Finnmark County Council has, among others, Finnmarksfondet for joint projects and Kulturnæringsfondet with loans for creative industries. See Funding.

Finnmarksfondet is for joint projects in business development and making the region attractive to live in, with up to NOK 400,000 for a pre-project and up to NOK 1.5 million for a main project (max 50%). Individual businesses cannot normally apply alone. Food and tourism businesses with no more than 10 employees can get up to 20 hours of free guidance from the county council and NIBIO.
