A merchant’s farm from 1848–49, built by the merchant Rasmus Esbensen. He took part in the Pomor trade, selling salted fish to Russian Pomor skippers in exchange for flour and other goods. The farm is a stop on the town walk and is run by Vadsø museum – Ruija kvenmuseum. See Esbensengården.
